Jet Apps was founded in 2023, but the experience behind it goes back a lot further. Our founders held senior leadership roles at some of Australia's most popular payments, POS and integration platforms for hospitality and retail - and earlier still, actually worked in venues and shops.
That combination is the whole point. We understand the technology because we built it at scale, and we understand the operations because we lived them - the rush, the rosters, the stocktake, the month-end. When we design software, we're picturing the people who'll use it on a busy Saturday, not just the feature list.
We're deliberately small and senior. When you work with Jet Apps, you work with the people who build the thing - not an account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
We design for the realities of a shift, not the tidy version in a spec. If it won't survive a Friday night, it isn't finished.
We'll tell you what's worth building, what can wait, and what you shouldn't build at all. The cheapest software is the kind you didn't need.

Between us, we've founded and led product and engineering at some of Australia's most widely used payments, POS and integration platforms - and we cut our teeth working in venues and stores. We started Jet Apps to build the kind of software we always wished those businesses had.
