The challenge

A fast-casual group was paying a third-party ordering platform a commission on every online order. As volume grew, so did the bill - and they had no control over the experience or the customer data.

The platform's checkout didn't match their menu logic - combos, swaps and dietary tags were clumsy, and customers dropped off at the worst possible moment.

Our approach

We built them their own web ordering flow - fast, mobile-first, and modelled on exactly how their menu works, combos and modifiers included. It plugged straight into their existing POS and kitchen screens.

No commission, no middleman, and the customer relationship - and the data - stayed theirs.

The outcome

Online orders moved onto their own platform, cutting per-order fees to near zero and lifting average order value with smarter, well-timed upsells.

They now own the channel, and the roadmap for it.
